A valid ticket is required for admission. Expired or altered tickets are void; tickets without a stub are invalid.

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded. Each ticket admits one visitor during its validity period and does not cover special programs that require an additional fee.

Each ticket allows one entry only. Visitors who leave the park must buy a new ticket to enter again.

The following visitors qualify for half-price admission:
Children taller than 1.2 m and up to 1.5 m, inclusive.
Visitors aged 65–69, inclusive, with their original valid ID.
Persons with a grade III or IV disability, and disabled service members with a grade VII–X disability, with original valid documents issued by the designated authority.
Active-duty military personnel with original valid documents issued by the designated authority.

The following visitors qualify for free admission:
Children 1.2 m tall or shorter.
Visitors aged 70 or older with their original valid ID.
Persons with a grade I or II disability; disabled service members with a grade I–VI disability; and one accompanying caregiver for a disabled service member with a grade I–IV disability. Original valid documents issued by the designated authority are required.

Children admitted free of charge, visitors aged 70 or older, and wheelchair users with disabilities must be accompanied by a guardian or family member to help prevent accidents.
Children 1.2 m tall or shorter.
Visitors aged 70 or older with their original valid ID.
Persons with a grade I or II disability; disabled service members with a grade I–VI disability; and one accompanying caregiver for a disabled service member with a grade I–IV disability. Original valid documents issued by the designated authority are required.

Please note: Handbags, luggage, and other belongings carried by any person entering the park may be inspected by staff at the entrance, within the park, or at another location staff consider appropriate. Staff may refuse to allow any handbag, piece of luggage, or other item into the park. Visitors are responsible for their belongings. Staff may handle unattended items found in the park as they consider appropriate.

Visitors bringing wheeled suitcases or luggage measuring 49 cm × 34 cm × 22 cm or larger must check their bags.

Please respect other visitors, park staff, performers, and everyone else in the park. Do not use offensive language or engage in dangerous, unlawful, or discourteous behavior.

The following items may not be brought into the park:
Flammable, explosive, or other hazardous materials.
Pets or other animals.
Food or drinks in quantities beyond personal consumption. Staff may ask visitors carrying beverages to open them and take a sip.
Oversized water guns; metal buckets or basins; large photography equipment; roller skates; skateboards; powered ride-on devices, except electric wheelchairs traveling below 5 km/h; children's bicycles; bicycles; and similar riding equipment.

The following activities are prohibited in the park:
Unauthorized activities, parades, speeches, or other public gatherings.
Displaying flags, banners, or other insignia.
Commercial photography, filming, recording, broadcasting, or transmission without permission.
Selling goods or services, or displaying goods or services for sale.
Distributing printed materials.
Interfering with the operation of the park, performances, or affiliated facilities.
Carving, marking, climbing on, or damaging park structures; damaging trees or flowers; walking on lawns or plants; entering fenced or railed areas to take photos; and fishing in the park.
Fighting, disorderly conduct, or other unlawful behavior.
Any behavior that could endanger the person or property of yourself or others in the park.
